Support for Nielsen Research to PBS
Unanimously
RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting hereby authorizes CPB management to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the Public Broadcasting Service to support the acquisition of Nielsen research for an amount not to exceed $725,000 for FY 2013.
