Resolved,
That the Board of Directors adopts the following board meeting dates and locations for calendar year 2005 and encourages management to make recommendations as to whether any additional meetings should appropriately be held by teleconference:
Monday - Tuesday, January 31 - February 1 Washington, D.C.
Monday - Tuesday, April 4 - April 5 Washington, D.C.
Monday - Tuesday, June 20 - June 21 Location to be determined
Monday - Tuesday, September 19 - September 20 [Annual Meeting]
Monday - Tuesday, November 14 - November 15 Washington, D.C.
