RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors adopts the following board meeting dates and locations for calendar year 2006 and encourages management to make recommendations as to whether any additional meetings should appropriately be held by teleconference:
Monday, January 30 - Tuesday, January 31 Washington, D.C.
Monday, May 1 - Tuesday, May 2 Location to be determined
Monday, July 17 - Tuesday, July 18 Washington, D.C.
Monday, September 18 - Tuesday, September 19 [The Annual Meeting] Washington, D.C.
Monday, December 4 - Tuesday, December 5 Washington, D.C.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
The Board of Directors hereby amends the schedule of board meeting dates and locations for calendar year 2005. The remaining meeting of the year will take place on:
Monday, November 14 - Tuesday, November 15 Washington, D.C.
