RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors adopts the following board meeting dates and locations for calendar year 2007 and encourages management to make recommendations as to whether any additional meetings should appropriately be held by teleconference:
Monday, February 5 - Tuesday, February 6 in Jackson, Mississippi
Monday, May 7 - Tuesday, May 8 in Washington, DC
Monday, August 6 - Tuesday, August 7 in Honolulu, Hawaii

Monday, December 10 in Washington, DC
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
The Board of Directors hereby amends the schedule of board meeting dates and locations for calendar year 2006. The remaining meeting of the year will take place on:
