RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting expresses its heartfelt condolences to the family of
Gerard "Rod" Coppola
Engineer, WNET Educational Broadcast Corporation, 1985-2001
For his 16 years of service to public broadcasting; for his creativity, resourcefulness, and talents; for his many contributions which were essential to the development of WNET's digital transition; for his dedication and commitment to his work and his family; for his generous nature and good humor.
The Board extends its appreciation, as well as deepest sympathy, to the Copppla family.
We join the nation in mourning the loss of Mr. Coppola and the many others who perished on September 11, 2001.
