Adoption of Code of Ethics

WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting desires to strengthen and update the current Statement of Ethical Conduct for Directors, Officers, Employees, and Personal Services Contractors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; and
WHEREAS.
By taking this action, the Board wishes to reinforce its commitment to conduct its business according to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The Board adopts the Code of Ethics for Directors and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct for Employees, which are attached hereto.
