Annenberg/CPB Channel Funding
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has received a recommendation from Management on allocations from the CPB Mission and Goals Fund for the Annenberg/CPB Channel attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED THAT:
The Board accepts and endorses Management's recommendations to allocate $2 million from the Mission and Goals Fund for the Annenberg/CPB Channel. Through this project, CPB will take a leadership role in developing the world's first digital education channel.
