DTV 2003 Funding
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has received a recommendation from Management on allocations from the CPB Mission and Goals Fund for the DTV 2003 Project attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The Board accepts and endorses Management's recommendations to allocate $2 million from the Mission and Goals Fund for the DTV 2003 Project. Through this project, CPB will take a leadership role in developing new content and uses for digital television programming to ensure that the digital television transition leads to a more educational and equitable technological future.
