For her 10 years of untiring service and dedication to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; for her role in developing budgeting policies and procedures that helped the corporation survive the most exacting cuts to its funding in its 30-year history; for maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and accountability, thus ensuring that the public's investment was managed wisely to its maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
