RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting expresses its sincere appreciation to
Karen Jeal
For her three years of dedicated service to the Corporation and its Board as an Adminstrative Assistant, Executive Secretary, and Assistant Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors; for her efficiency, hard work and loyalty on behalf of the Board, the Office of the Corporate Secretary and the Corporation; and for her continual efforts to assist individual board members.
The Board wishes Ms. Jeal success and happiness as she moves on to other endeavors.
