Amendment to the FY 1987 Operating Budget
Unanimously
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting has reviewed Management's recommended changes to the approved FY 1987 Operating Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The Board of Directors does hereby approve the changes to the approved FY 1987 Operating Budget, as reflected in the accompanying table dated November 14, 1986, which increases the budget from the previously approved total of $207,200,000 to $208,728,936.
2. consistent with this Resolution, the President may, from time to time, as necessary, make reallocations in line items within the CPB portion of the budget, not to exceed ten (10) percent, provided that the Board will be informed of such reallocations through reports from the Treasurer.
