FY 1987 Operating Budget Amendment
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has reviewed Management's recommended changes to the FY 1987 Operating Budget, previously adopted by the Board on November 14, 1986.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. CPB's FY 1987 Operating Budget, as reflected in the accompanying table, dated May 8, 1987, and previously adjusted, is hereby amended; and Consistent with this resolution, the President may, from time to time, make reallocations in line items of the budget not to exceed ten (10) percent for any line item provided that the Board is informed of such reallocations through reports from the Treasurer.
