FY 1988 Operating Budget Amendment

WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has reviewed Management's recommended change to the FY 1988 Operating Budget, previously adopted by the Board.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. CPB's FY 1988 Operating Budget, dated July 12, 1988, is hereby amended, as reflected in the accompanying table; and
2. Consistent with this resolution, the President may, from time to time, make reallocations in line items of the budget not to exceed ten (10) percent of any line item, provided that the Board is informed of such reallocations through reports from the Treasurer.
