RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors adopts the following board meeting dates for FY 1996 but encourages Management to advise it, based on the proposed agenda, whether any meeting can be shortened to one day or held by teleconference:
Monday-Tuesday, December 4-5, 1995
Monday-Tuesday, January 22-23, 1996
Monday-Tuesday, March 11-12, 1996
Monday-Tuesday, May 20-21, 1996
Monday-Tuesday, July 22-23, 1996
Monday-Tuesday, September 16-17, 1996
