Appreciation for Sheila Tate

RESOLVED,

That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting expresses its appreciation to

Sheila Tate

Member of the Board, 1987-1991

For her dedication and service to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; for her astuteness in presenting solutions to issues; for her valuable public relations skills which were instrumental in developing CPB's approach to presenting issues to public broadcasting as well as to the general public; for her good judgement and keen instincts in sharpening the discussion of matters important to CPB; for her unfailing good humor and wit; for her service to the Mission and Goals and Policy and Planning Committees, and Ad Hoc Committee on New Initiatives and Finance; and for her chairmanship of the Education Committee.

The Board expresses its appreciation and wishes Ms. Tate continued success in her future pursuits.
