Chairman, Ad Hoc Committee on New Initiatives and Finance, 1987-1989
Chairman, Audit Committee, 1985-1987
Member of the Board, 1984-1990
For his service and dedication to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; for his commitment to the important role public broadcasting should play in providing essential and unique services to the American people; for his leadership in encouraging closer coordination among the national public broadcasting organizations; and for his membership on the following committees: Audit, Ad Hoc Committee on New Initiatives and Finance, Mission and Goals, and Board Compensation Committee.
The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Hanley and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
