Revised statement of The Role of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
Management has recommended a revision of the statement on the Corporation's role within public broadcasting to reflect the Board's resolutions on the Corporation's priorities and focus which were adopted in May 1988, and the passage of the Public Telecommunications Act of 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The CPB Board of Directors hereby adopts the revised statement of "The Role of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting," as attached hereto.
