That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting expresses its appreciation to

Assistant Director, Television Activities, 1973-1976
Deputy Director, Television Activities, 1976-1980
Deputy Director, CPB Program Fund, 1980-1988
Executive Director for Broadcasting and Assistant to the President, 1988-1989
Vice President, Programming, 1989-1990
Senior Vice President, Programming, 1990-1995
For his 24 years of service and dedication to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting; for his role in developing and funding many of public broadcasting's signature series, such as American Experience, Frontline, American Playhouse, and Eyes on the Prize; for his efforts to finance public television programming through international co-productions and his role in helping to establish input, the international public television screening conference.
The Board wishes Mr. Katt well in his future endeavors.
