RESOLVED,

That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting expresses its heartfelt condolences to the family of

Joseph D. Hughes

Member of the Board, 1968-1979

The Board gratefully acknowledges and will long remember the faithful service and many contributions Mr. Hughes made during his tenure on the Corporations' Board.
