RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting expresses its deepest appreciation to
Mara Mayor
Director, Annenberg/CPB Projects, 1983-1993
For her creative vision and able leadership of the Annenberg/CPB Projects; for her commitment to providing educational opportunities to all Americans regardless of race, age, income, or geographic location; for advancing the use of technologies in education; for her dedication to providing the highest quality educational programs to public television viewers; and for making the Annenberg/CPB Math and Science Project a leader in the National Math and Science Reform Movement.
The Board extends its sincere thanks to Dr. Mayor and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
