RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting expresses its appreciation to
V. Lorraine Greenwell
for her seven years of dedicated service to the Corporation and its Board as Administrative Secretary to the Board of Directors; for her efficiency, hard work and loyalty on behalf of the Board, the Office of the Secretary and the Corporation; for her continual efforts to assist individual Board members in any way possible; and for her constant good humor and pleasant disposition in providing service to Board members.
The Board wishes Ms. Greenwell success and happiness as she moves on the other endeavors with the Corporation.
