Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting
September 25, 1990

FY 1991 Annenberg Budget Amendment

Unanimously

WHEREAS,

The Board of Directors has previously reviewed and adopted an operating budget for fiscal year 1991 that specifically omitted spending plans for the Annenberg/CPB Project; and

WHEREAS,

Sufficient information is now available to develop an operating budget for fiscal year 1991 for the Annenberg/CPB Project; and

WHEREAS,

The Board of Directors has reviewed Management's recommended changes to the previously adopted budget that incorporate the Annenberg/CPB Project FY 1991 Budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

1. CPB's FY 1991 Operating Budget, as adopted on May 15, 1991, is hereby further amended as reflected in the accompanying table.

2. Consistent with this resolution, the President may, from time to time, make reallocations in the line items of the budget not to exceed ten (10) percent of any line item, provided that the Board is informed of such reallocations through reports from the Treasurer.
