FY 1990 Operating Budget Amendments
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has reviewed Management's recommended change to the FY 1990 Operating Budget, previously adopted by the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. CPB's FY 1990 Operating Budget, as previously amended and dated November 21, 1989, is hereby further amended as reflected in the accompanying table;
2. Consistent with this resolution, the President may, from time to time, make reallocations in the line items of the budget not to exceed ten (10) percent of any line item, provided that the Board is informed of such reallocations through reports from the Treasurer.
