Ancillary Income Policy Revisions
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
Management has consulted with independent public broadcasting stations, producing stations and representation organizations via meetings, and written documentation to discuss the current issue of its Radio Revenue Sharing Policy;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The ancillary income policy adopted by this Board on January 24, 1995, is hereby revised and the Board directs Management; To include the recommendations regarding the Corporation's Radio Revenue Sharing Policy as detailed in the attached, and authorizes the implementation of this policy effective today, March 17, 1997 to all unexecuted contracts.
