Appointment of Acting Inspector General

WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has the sole authority to designate the appointment of an individual as an "Acting Inspector General" until such time as a permanent replacement for CPB's Inspector General has been hired;
RESOLVED,
That the CPB Board of Directors authorizes the appointment of Michael Donovan as the Acting Inspector General to fulfill the duties of the Inspector General on a temporary basis until such time as a permanent replacement has been hired.
