FY 1995 Mission and Goals Fund
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has reviewed Management's recommendations regarding unobligated fund balances remaining at the end of fiscal year 1995; and
WHEREAS,
The Board has previously established the Mission and Goals Fund specifically as a repository of such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
CPB's audited, unobligated fund balance of $717,137 at the end of fiscal year 1995 is hereby transferred to the CPB Mission and Goals Fund.
