Modification of the NFFS Matching Formula

WHEREAS,
CPB Management has undertaken a year-long, consultative review of various methods of simplifying NFFS reporting for grant matching purposes; and
WHEREAS,
CPB Management has conducted a system-wide consultation on the proposed changes in the matching formula and the resulting changes in the grant allocations, and has determined that the proposed simplification in the formula, and in corresponding recordkeeping and reporting, would not affect grant allocations in any substantial way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
The CPB Board of Directors approves Management's plan to modify the NFFS matching formula for the grant programs, beginning with fiscal year 1998 grants, as detailed in Management's memorandum of January 11, 1995.
