RESOLVED:
that the resolution adopted on September 15, 1983 by the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting pertaining to the seating of a nominee or appointee to the Board of Directors of the Corporation prior to confirmation by the Senate of the United States of America, shall be rescinded effective this 17th day of September, 1996.
