FY 1992 Operating Budget Amendment
Unanimously
WHEREAS,
The Board of Directors has reviewed Management's recommended change to the FY 1992 Operating Budget, previously adopted and amended by the Board.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. CPB's FY 1992 Operating Budget, as adopted on May 15, 1991, is hereby amended as reflected in the accompanying table; and
2. Consistent with this resolution, the President may, from time to time, make reallocations in line items of the budget not to exceed ten (10) percent of any line item, provided that the Board is informed of such reallocations through reports from the Treasurer.
