That the Board of Directors hereby makes the following amendments to the schedule of board meeting dates and locations for calendar year 2008:
Tuesday, November 18 (afternoon) - Wednesday, November 19 - Miami
is changed to
Tuesday, November 18 (all day) - Washington, DC
