CPB Community Lifeline Award
Unanimously
RESOLVED,
That the CPB Board of Directors hereby establishes the CPB Community Lifeline Award to honor stations that have demonstrated outstanding service to their communities during local emergencies, natural disasters, and other urgent situations.
FURTHER RESOLVED,
The CPB Board adopts management's recommendations for award criteria as outlined in the attached memorandum.
