Robert M. Winteringham, Deputy General Counsel

Robert M. Winteringham is CPB’s Deputy General Counsel. He joined CPB in 1997.

Prior to CPB, Mr. Winteringham was senior associate at the communications law firm of McFadden, Evans & Sill. He also worked as an intern at the advertising agency Young & Rubicam. Currently, Winteringham serves as a Vice President and the Chair of the Legal Committee for the North American Broadcasters Association.

Mr. Winteringham is a cum laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington, where he served on the editorial board of the Federal Communications Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree with high honors from the University of Michigan.
