WHYY TV 12 produces First, a weekly 30-minute newsmagazine focused on the state of Delaware. (Though based in Philadelphia, WHYY is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission for service to Wilmington and also operates a satellite station in Seaford serving southern Delaware.)
