Along with Harvard University, WGBH Boston coproduced Justice: What’s the Right Thing to Do?, a series of lectures by Harvard professor and author Michael Sandel that address fundamental questions of justice, equality, democracy, and citizenship. These concepts are then applied to complex modern-day issues, including affirmative action, same-sex marriage, patriotism, loyalty, and human rights.
WGBY in Springfield airs Eco Exchange, a show that presents helpful tips and information related to living life in a more sustainable manner. The Thursday evening program includes interviews with local experts and educators working in the energy field.
WFCR-FM in Amherst produces Tertulia, a weekly variety program featuring diverse music and news and public affairs programming in English and Spanish. The show airs Sundays from 8 to 10 p.m.
