In Seattle, About the Money is KCTS 9’s weekly business and finance show that spotlights Northwest business and provides advice on protecting, managing, and investing your money. The program goes behind the headlines to explore how market trends affect the Northwest, from the national housing market to the Washington wine industry.
Once a month, KSPS-TV in Spokane produces a live call-in program, Health Matters, to address a specific illness or health concern, featuring a panel of local experts (i.e., physicians, patients, caregivers) who share their experiences and expertise. This initiative includes special programs, workshops, materials, and dialogues centered on health issues.
KPLU-FM in Tacoma produces a monthly segment, Northwest Real Estate, hosted by Seattle radio personality John Maynard (from Robin & Maynard) and real estate educator and appraiser Richard Hagar.
