Displaced since 1996, Noris and her family have been living in the refugee shelter of Villa España on the outskirts of Quibdó, Colombia, a growing city on the Pacific Coast that is home to thousands of Afro-Colombians. This film of Noris’s captivating story lends a human face to what is an often invisible and dehumanized population.
