Camp Victory, Afghanistan
Jeff Levy-Hinte and Carole Dysinger
New York, New York
Since 2001, the United States has provided billions of dollars in aid to Afghanistan for rebuilding the Afghan National Army. But money alone does not make a military; human beings do. This film will follow a few unlikely people—both Afghan and American—as they cross the divide of language, culture, and religion to accomplish a nearly impossible task—craft a modern army that can serve a struggling and stratified nation.
