This four-hour, two-part documentary on the life of Robin Charboneau, a young single mother and Oglala Sioux living on North Dakota’s Spirit Lake Reservation, will follow Charboneau as she moves between the traditional and the modern while attending college to help herself and her children, her community, and abused women on the reservation. The series has received support from ITVS, which plans extensive community engagement activities in connection with broadcast of the series in 2012.
