V-me Media Inc. will acquire and/or produce the following Spanish-language nightly and weekly current affairs programs, specials, and news breaks:
* Crónicas de Nuestro Tiempo—documentaries on contemporary global issues;
* Oppenheimer Presenta—Latin American current affairs and its impact on the United States with presenter and Pulitzer Prize winner Andres Oppenheimer;
* Jorge Gestoso Investiga—current affairs documentaries presented by journalist Jorge Gestoso;
* V-me 2010 Elections—specials, a live election night broadcast to present midterm results, and breaking news segments; and
*V-me Noticias—nightly news breaks.
The news and current affairs programming will be supported by station grants and community engagement, enhanced online with a media player (e.g., Kyte), promoted with social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Skype), and syndicated through strategic partnerships with Spanish-language online and print media.
