This project is Phase II of a three-phase initiative to launch a multiplatform English-language news, information, and cultural program service for a young underserved and diverse audience reflective of the Los Angeles community. In this phase, Radio Bilingüe will design, develop, and test on-air and online content for the target audience. The grantee will also begin marketing, fundraising, and community engagement activities.
