This research study builds on a previous project designed to measure impact of the PBS primetime “tent pole” program scheduling strategy and the awareness, attitudes, and usage of the target African American audience. Horowitz Associates will work with Knowledge Networks to implement this study. Horowitz will implement a recruit-to-view study of the Faces of America series. Knowledge Networks will implement a quantitative audience awareness, attitude, and usage study. Together, the two studies will provide insight into the tent pole scheduling strategy as well as into the target African American audience.
