Latino Public Radio Consortium 2011

The Latino Public Radio Consortium (LPRC) was formed to improve public media service to Latino communities. With the assistance of this grant, LPRC is to implement services that will increase capacity and resources for stations serving Latino audiences, create a Latino desk at the National Federation of Community Broadcasters that will assess the needs of Latino stations and develop a service strategy in response, and facilitate opportunities for Latino stations to collaborate with Latino Public Broadcasting and other public media organizations to increase Latino audiences and the participation of Latinos in the public media system.
