Corporation for Public Broadcasting

This film follows Rebecca, a 34-year-old, single, white foster mother who is currently fostering a 2-year-old African American girl. The documentary follows Rebecca as she navigates the foster care system and tries to figure out whether adoption or reunification with her birth mother is the best long-term solution for her foster daughter.
