Request for Proposals

This Request for Proposals is for layout, design, print production, and project management of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting's 2004 corporate annual report. Concept and design will begin in February and continue through May 2005. The finished product must be delivered to CPB by May 2, 2005. Project costs should not exceed $15,000.

Eligibility

Any person or organization may respond to this Request for Proposals. Joint proposals from multiple applicants are welcomed, although any project agreement will be made between CPB and a single lead entity or fiscal agent.

CPB Review and Selection

Experts will review and evaluate submitted proposals, and make recommendations for contract awards.

Criteria for selection will include:

1. Applicant and key personnel qualifications and past relevant performance;
2. Demonstrated understanding of the desired outcomes and products;
3. Creativity and imagination in approaching tasks described in the scope of work;
4. Cost effectiveness;
5. Applicant's ability and willingness to work closely with CPB.
