Equipment Discount
We are pleased to report that the vendors listed below have agreed to substantially discount orders for HD products purchased by CPB HD conversion grant recipients.
Broadcast Electronics
All BE product discounts range from 18% to 35% depending on the amount and model of equipment purchased. On non-BE products, the discount range is 5% to 20% depending on the products included in the project.
Continental
Discounts of up to 20% on Continental HD systems. 10-15% discount offered on all non-Continental products purchased through Continental.
Harris Broadcast Products
Harris Manufactured transmission products will be discounted at 30%.
Nautel
Nautel is pleased to offer CPB HD grant applicants a discount rate of 15%-20% (varies by equipment) on Nautel manufactured equipment directly purchased from Nautel (not applicable through a sales agent). Please contact Nautel directly for a special quote for CPB HD grant applicants.
Identify your station as a CPB conversion grant applicant when seeking quotations from these companies. Please include all available discounts in your grant budget line items.
