Question 1: We'd like to be certain that we are looking at the reports from 2011 mentioned in the RFP. Are PDF version of these reports available online or can you send them to us?
Response 1: There was not a 2011 report; the RFP is for a consultant to develop the 2011 Report. You can view past reports at http://cpb.org/aboutcpb/reports/diversity/.
Question 2: Are there examples of the tri-annual Assessment Report? About how many pages in length should the Assessment Report be? Will this report include graphic design, such as infographics, photos, logos, etc.?
Response 2: An example of a pervious tri-annual Assessment Report can be found in Section A of the 2004 Minority Report. The page length will be determined by the results of the interviews and associated analysis. We would expect the report to be no less than 10 pages, without infographics, photos, etc. and no less than 15 pages with these design features.
