Can respondents send in Bios instead of resumes?
Respondents may send in Bios instead of resumes. However, CPB recommends that respondents review the Selection Criteria to ensure that either their Bios and/or proposals fully address all Selection Criteria and thoroughly demonstrate qualifications and expertise of personnel.
Can individuals submit proposals in response to this RFP, or do applications need to come from firms?
Individuals are eligible to apply for this grant so long as they are able to show that they meet all the criteria in the RFP.
How many consultants will CPB retain?
CPB’s intention is to hire one firm or individual to supply Strategic Education Consulting Services.
Does CPB have formatting guidelines for proposals?
While CPB does not have official formatting guidelines for proposals, we recommend that respondents review the Proposal Components section of the RFP and address of each of the sections in the Scope of Work to show proposed approach to each of these areas.
