1. Can a single station apply or is a collaborative effort between stations required? We are looking for transmission solutions that would benefit both our TV and radio station (we are a joint licensee).
A collaborative effort between a minimum of two parties is required for this program. A joint licensee would be considered one party.
2. Can we apply if both parties are not CSG recipients? Our partner is a 501(c)(3).
Yes, as long as the partnership supports the program objectives. In this case, the CSG recipient would likely be required to serve as the fiscal agent if a grant were awarded.
3. Can we request costs already incurred toward our collaboration?
No, previously incurred costs will not be compensated by this grant. However, including information in your application about previous investments in the collaboration may signal your longstanding commitment to the work.
