Community Service Grants Business Process Analysis

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting ("CPB") is seeking an organization or individual ("Consultant") to review the business processes and workflows for the administration of Community Service Grants ("CSG"), make recommendations for process improvements, and document the business requirements.

The revisions will be the recommendations developed during four collaborative meetings with public radio system representatives. The in-person meetings are scheduled to begin in May of 2012, concluding in November of 2012.

2011 Community Service Grants for New Radio Grantees

CPB distributes the majority of its funds for public broadcasting directly to Radio and Television stations through the Community Service Grant (CSG) Program. CSG funds are used to help noncommercial, educational public radio stations expand the quality and scope of services to their respective communities.
