Audio Video Content Production Services

CPB is seeking the services of a producer to provide audio and video content for promotional purposes at various times over a two-year period. While not comprehensive, CPB expects the producer will be asked to create a video compilation of the American Graduate initiative for each of the following upcoming events: PBS Annual Meeting, May 13-16, 2013 in Miami FL and the Public Media Development and Marketing Conference, July 11-13, 2013 in Atlanta, GA. The producer will be expected to work with a short turnaround time for most projects typically providing the final product within a few days of the shoot, without compromising the quality of the product.

Rising Stars Managing Producer

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) seeks applications from organizations (Applicant(s)) to manage the Rising Stars Radio contest (Contest) and produce related multi-media content, including a two-part radio series. The Contest will use hip hop as a platform to engage youth ages 12-20 years old (Target Audience) around one of the most challenging issues of our time, the national high school dropout crisis (Crisis). The Contest will seek to spotlight the best socially conscious hip hop and spoken word talent conveying a positive message about overcoming the Crisis and provide an opportunity for young people to share their academic experiences. Final contestants will be rewarded with a chance to perform in front of a live audience and/or prizes that encourage academic achievement.
